Product Description

Sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium  concentrated solution for injection

Indications: This product is used for electrolyte replenishment during central intravenous infusion of solutions containing concentrated glucose or amino acids to maintain electrolyte homeostasis in adult patients.

Dosage: 20ml of this product per vial is diluted into 1L of amino acid or glucose solution. That is, each 20ml of this product can be diluted and mixed with 1L of 5%~25% concentration of glucose injection, or 5%~11.4% concentration of compound amino acid injection (stable within 24 hours). This product does not contain phosphates. The following compatibility studies have been carried out on this product: about 10~15 mmol of phosphate is added to each liter of amino acid or glucose injection, that is, 2.5~5ml of compound potassium hydrogen phosphate injection [each stick (2ml specification), containing 0.639g of potassium dibasic phosphate (K2HPO4·3H2O) and 0.4354g of potassium dibasic phosphate (KH2PO4)] is mixed evenly to 5%~25% concentration of glucose injection or 5%~11.4% concentration of compound amino acid injection 1L. After adding 20ml of this product and mixing it evenly, 10%~25% concentration of glucose injection or 5%~11.4% concentration of compound amino acid injection can be used within 24 hours, and 5% concentration of glucose injection can be used within 7 hours. Each liter provides an additional 10~15mmol of phosphate and 15~22mmol of potassium. Generally, adults can receive 2~3L of total parenteral nutrition solution containing this product per day, which needs to be infused through central vein, which can be infused at a constant rate within 24 hours, with a rate of 83~125ml per hour.
