Product Description

Ringer lactate injection
Properties:This product is a colorless clear liquid.
Indications:Regulate body fluids, electrolytes and acid-base balance drugs. It is used in cases of metabolic acidosis or dehydration with metabolic acidosis
Usage and Dosage:Intravenous infusion of 500ml~1000ml for adults at a time, which can be appropriately increased or decreased according to age, weight and symptoms. Administration speed: 300~500ml per hour for adults.
Adverse reactions:1 Patients with hypocalcemia (such as uremia) are prone to symptoms such as numbness, pain, convulsions, and dyspnea in the hands and feet after correcting acidosis, which is often caused by a decrease in the concentration of calcium hydrogen ions in the blood; 2. Pulmonary edema and heart failure manifestations such as rapid heart rate, chest tightness, and shortness of breath; 3 Increased blood pressure; 4. Weight gain, edema; 5 Alkalosis occurs in overdose; 6 Decreased serum potassium concentration, sometimes hypokalemia.
Contraindications: (1) heart failure and acute pulmonary edema; (2) cerebral edema; (3) When lactic acidosis is significant; (4) severe hepatic insufficiency; (5) Severe renal failure with oliguria or anuria.
Precautions:The following conditions should be used with caution: 1. Diabetic patients taking biguanides (especially hypoglycemic drugs) hinder the liver's utilization of lactic acid and easily cause lactic acidosis; 2. When edema patients have a tendency to retain sodium; 3. Patients with hypertension may increase their blood pressure; 4 Cardiac insufficiency; 5. The rate of lactate degradation slows down in liver insufficiency, thereby delaying the correction of acidosis; 6. Hypoxia and shock, insufficient blood supply to tissues and hypoxia when lactic acid is oxidized to propionic acid into the tricarboxylic acid cycle, and the metabolic rate slows down, thereby delaying the correction of acidosis; 7. Alcoholism, salicylic acid poisoning, and type I glycogen deposition disease have a tendency to develop lactic acidosis, and sodium lactate should not be used to correct the acid-base balance; 8 Acetyl acetic acid, β-hydroxybutyrate and lactate are all elevated in diabetic copper acidosis, and it may often be accompanied by poor circulation or insufficient blood supply to the organs, and the degradation rate of lactate is slowed down; 9. Renal insufficiency, prone to water and sodium retention, increasing cardiovascular load. The following conditions should be contraindicated: 1 heart failure and acute pulmonary edema; 2 cerebral edema; 3 When lactic acidosis is significant; 4. Severe hepatic insufficiency; 5 Severe renal failure with oliguria or anuria. The following examinations and observations should be made during medication: 1 blood pH and/or carbon dioxide binding capacity; 2. Determination of blood sodium, potassium, calcium, and chloride concentrations; 3. Renal function measurement, including blood, muscle, liver, urea nitrogen, etc.; 4 Blood pressure; 5 Cardiopulmonary function status, such as edema, shortness of breath, cyanosis, pulmonary rales, jugular venous distension, hepato-jugular venous reflux, etc.6 Liver insufficiency manifests jaundice, altered mental status, ascites, etc., before and after the application of sodium lactate, and is often observed at any time.
