Pharmacology and toxicityPharmacological action
This product is a β-receptor agonist, has a strong agonist effect on β1 and β2 receptors, and has almost no effect on α receptors. Main functions:
1. Acting on the heart β1 receptor, the cardiac contractility is enhanced, the heart rate is accelerated, the conduction is accelerated, the cardiac output and the myocardial oxygen consumption are increased.
2.
