Composite Potassium Hydrogen Phosphate Injection
Ingredients:Potassium phosphate dibasic (tricrystalline water) 319.5mg/ml potassium dibasic phosphate 217.7mg/ml osmotic pressure about 7.4mOgm/ml.
Properties:This product is a colorless clear liquid.
Indications:It is mainly used as a phosphorus supplement in complete parenteral nutrition therapy, such as phosphorus supplements for patients who need to fast for more than 5 days during surgery or other trauma. This product can also be used for hypophosphatemia caused by certain diseases.
Dosage:For patients who cannot eat for a long time, the dosage will be decided by the doctor according to the condition and monitoring results. This product is diluted more than 200 times for intravenous infusion. Generally, in complete parenteral nutrition therapy, 2.5ml of this product (equivalent to [PO4] 8mM) is added per 1000 kcal, and the infusion rate is controlled.
Adverse reactions:If excessive use of this product can cause hyperphosphatemia, hypocalcemia, muscle twitching, cramps, gastrointestinal discomfort, etc., and poisoning symptoms occur, the drug should be stopped immediately.
Contraindications are not clear
Precautions:1. It is strictly forbidden to inject this product directly, and it must be diluted more than 200 times under the guidance of a physician before it can be infused through intravenous drip point, and attention must be paid to controlling the infusion speed. 2. This product is limited to patients who cannot eat. 3. It should not be used in patients with renal failure. 4. This product is easy to precipitate when it is compatible with calcium-containing injection, so it should not be used.
